How to Edit a Proposal
The XtreamService application can be used to create proposals that can be sent to FOCUS or the Customer application in the Digital Retail Platform and used to contact dealership customers. Before a campaign is sent, proposals for individual customers can be edited to better suit the preferences of the sales manager. These proposals are then sent with information about the customers to FOCUS or the Customer application.
Note - Market Value proposals cannot be edited.
The following procedure can be used to edit a proposal.

Access the Pending Campaign Details panel.
To access the Pending Campaign Details panel, click the
(Sales Campaign) icon and click a link in the Campaign Name column on the Pending Campaign panel. -
Select the unlabeled Selected check boxes corresponding to the customers whose proposals should be edited.
Note - Some fields are not available when editing multiple proposals at the same time.

Click the
(Edit) icon.The Edit Proposal window displays.
Note - The Edit Proposal window can also be accessed by clicking the
(Edit) icon in the Lead Sheet panel for a proposal. - Enter the desired vehicle and deal information for the new proposal in the Proposed Vehicle section and the Proposed Deal section, respectively.

Click the APPLY button.
The proposal is updated and is sent to the customer when the campaign is sent to FOCUS or the Customer application.
